In 1999, the founder of On Line Labour Hire, Norman Mogg, was in Musswellbrook with his commercial painting company and found himself in need of staff. Labour Hire was suggested to him for the first time and he took advantage of the service. Impressed with the concept, he decided upon his return to Nowra to form his own labour hire company to service the Shoalhaven area. In 2009 On Line Labour Hire celebrates its 10th anniversary. Ten years on, On Line Labour Hire now provides a wide range of staff of varying skills levels to a variety of businesses, ranging from blue collar through to white collar, private through to public sector. Focused on maintaining solid relationships with our clients, On Line Labour Hire will go wherever our clients need us in NSW for as long as they need us there. Through the years this model has seen our company employ individuals into the Sydney and Newcastle areas, inland as far as Goulburn and Orange, and along the NSW coast as far South as Bega. Due to the increasing demands from the Illawarra through 2008 On Line Labour Hire has recently opened a branch office in Wollongong. |
