On Line Labour Hire is committed to upholding high levels of professional standards in all that we do. We believe our on-hired employees are the face of our business and for this reason we interview all candidates to assess presentation and overall suitability. In order to be considered for an interview and registration with us, you will need to forward your resume to us for consideration. You can do this in person or by using our online Expression of Interest form.
When we have received your resume we will review and enter your details into our applicant database. When we find a potential match between your skills and the needs of our clients we will contact you to schedule an interview. If you are successful in this interview you will be invited to register for the purposes of being employed as a Labour Hire (on-hire) employee in the future.
You will be employed to undertake specific work for a specific client (your host employer). Your host supervisor will provide day to day direction and supervision and will work with On Line Labour Hire to provide a safe work place. As you work through your assignment, any concerns/issues that may arise will be addressed by one of our Consultants for you. When your assignment ends your employment will be terminated and we will re-hire you when we find you another suitable assignment.
When you are successful in a temporary (on-hire) position your employer is On Line Labour Hire. You will be paid weekly under the relevant industry Award/Classification. Your pay slips will come from On Line Labour Hire as will your year end Payment Summary.
