We all have a part to play in ensuring a safe working environment.

All On Line Labour Hire employees undergo our own general safety induction process, and they are all made aware of their own WHS responsibilities.  We believe the best safety procedure any company can implement is the recruitment of a careful worker. With that in mind, On Line Labour Hire assesses prospective employees not only on skills and experience, but also on their own attitude and commitments to working in a safety conscious fashion.

Effectively managing WHS is an ongoing process. We achieve this through a combination of checklists and site visits which we complete with the host employer. This occurs prior to, upon commencement, and during the hosting of our on-hired employees.

Our intention is, by no means, to interfere with our host employer’s own WHS policies, but rather to bring our own policies to the front gate. We partner with our host employers from then on through positive and open communication and consultation.
